This quote from one of our awesome Founders Club members, Anandie Klassen, is something we truly live by here at Future Females. The root of entrepreneurial success is: a good idea, good execution, and having a strong, powerful network and supportive community around you. 91% of successful female founders say that a key driver of their success is having a support structure they can rely on.
We spoke to Anandie earlier this week. She told us about the key reasons she joined the Founder Club, one of them being the tight-knit community of like-minded female founders.
Anandie’s Journey
Before starting her business, Anandie worked in the corporate world for 8 years. She learned many skills and enjoyed her job, but she always knew her passion lay elsewhere. She wanted to use her unique skill-set to start a business to allow her to have impact and live her passion every single day. At the end of 2019, she took the leap and started her business – The Power of Fearless Living. Soon after starting, she realized she had the passion and the drive to succeed. But in order to level up and reach the big, ambitious goals she had set herself, she needed a support system, continued learning opportunities, and access to experienced leaders, mentors, and experts to help her breakthrough to that next stage of growth.
The Founders Club
This is where the Founders Club came in. “It has been such a huge help in my life, a decision I will never regret”, she told us last week. The Founders Club gave her the confidence she needed to put herself out there and become her own cheerleader. You never have to walk your journey alone. Joining a community is about making progress together, sharing the highs, the lows, and the lessons learned.
Anandie added, “Everything I have learned has been so valuable. I really love everyone in the team, such amazing mentors and inspiration. I learn a lot from the community every day.”
